Customer changes

Availability for a new date or different equipment cannot be assumed. Early notice gives the team the best chance to help.

A new address or setup area must be reviewed for delivery, access, surface, power and suitability.

Do not cancel solely from a long-range forecast. Stay in contact as the event approaches so current conditions can be assessed.

Eligibility depends on the timing, reason and written rental agreement. No credit, transfer or refund is automatic unless stated there.

Equipment will not be set up or operated when the site or conditions are unsuitable under the confirmed guidance.
