Questions are part of good planning
Clear answers before the big day.
Space, power, weather and supervision are easier to manage when everyone knows what to expect.
Real Fleet Photos. Local Planning.Does a quote request confirm my rental?+
No. A quote request starts a conversation. The team will confirm the inflatable, event details, setup requirements and availability directly with you.
How much space do I need?+
It depends on the inflatable and its required safety clearance. Measure the usable level area, gate width and overhead clearance, then share those details with the team.
Can an inflatable be used indoors?+
Some inflatables may suit indoor venues when the floor area, ceiling height, access, power and anchoring method are appropriate. Venue approval may also be required.
What surfaces can be used?+
A level, clear setup area is essential. Grass is common, while other surfaces require advance review so the correct anchoring approach can be confirmed.
What happens if the weather changes?+
Rain, wind, thunderstorms, extreme heat, poor air quality and unsafe ground can affect an event. The team will review conditions and communicate options under the confirmed weather policy.
Do inflatables need electricity?+
Inflatables normally need a suitable power source for the blower. Share the distance to power and any venue restrictions in your quote request.
How far in advance should I request a quote?+
Send your request as soon as your date and general location are known. More lead time provides more options, especially for weekends and larger events.
Do you serve my community?+
Service is considered throughout Greater Victoria and Lower Vancouver Island. Travel and setup feasibility depend on the date, location and event requirements.
